Recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights 5 of us we welcomed at the reception by Denise & John who explained everything to us and gave us are keys. The hotel was warm and spacious very well presented and welcoming the staff where lovely and helpful and the location was fabulous right on the promanade. The rooms where clean and to a high standard and the breakfast was amazing will definitely book again and recommend to friends and family.
A lovely family run hotel. Nice rooms, great location, quiet and the best breakfast buffet we have found. Parts of the building could do with a little TLC but it does not detract from the homely feel to the place. Parking is well organised and the location is great for using the excellent tram service around Blackpool. Will certainly return.
This hotel offered exceptional value for money. It was impeccably clean, from the lounge area to the bathrooms and the bedroom. During the winter months, it provided a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Located slightly away from the hustle and bustle, it was just a few stops from the main attractions, ensuring easy accessibility. The breakfast was excellent and accommodated a variety of preferences. The owners were exceedingly polite, friendly, and helpful. I am very grateful for my experience and would highly recommend this establishment; I will undoubtedly return. Maxine.
Family of 4 for 2 nights . We had a lovely 2 nights stay at this hotel the rooms were beautiful very modern plenty of room clean and tidy. tea coffee etc bottles of water. Bar was stocked with plenty of choice, pool table also. Breakfast was buffet style and was absolutely amazing . Thank you to the lively owners who made us feel vwry welcome , We will be back .

A great family run Hotel with its own car park, a well stocked bar including a pool table. Located 3km from the town centre and only a 2 minute walk to the tram station. The hosts Denise and John were very welcoming and produced a quality first class breakfast.
Really nice hotel and very friendly staff. Rooms very clean with lovely shower/bathroom and hotel shower gels/shampoo. Breakfast was great with a fantastic choice - full English or fruits/cereal - juices and all at a great price. Bedroom floorboards a little creaky but other than that only good things to say and especially the service. Well done queens plaza and thank you.

The location is simply stunning — right in front of the beach, offering spectacular views and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was sumptuous, fresh, and full of flavour — a perfect start to the day. Superb location, great hospitality, and a genuinely comfortable experience. Highly recommended.
